“I had never touched a barbell at 41. Six months in, my back stopped hurting and I deadlifted my bodyweight. Nobody made me feel like the new guy.”
“The 6am class is twelve people and one coach who actually corrects you. I have been to gyms where you pay more and get a number on a screen.”
“Came in after knee surgery. Devin wrote a twelve-week plan, checked in every Friday, and never once pushed me past what the knee would take.”

It is most of what we do. Strength Foundations runs every week and assumes nothing, and your first intro is a conversation, not a workout you have to keep up with.
Thirty minutes with a coach. We ask about your history and what you want out of training, watch you move through a few basics, then tell you honestly where to start. No pressure and no contract on the spot.
Yes for the 6am and 5:30pm slots, which fill a day or two out. Book on the app or call the desk. Midday classes you can usually walk into.
Anytime, with two weeks notice. We do not do annual contracts, sign-up fees or cancellation phone calls. Email the desk and it is done.
